Speaking
Most of my speaking happens inside Commonwealth Bank, in the fortnightly knowledge-sharing sessions I started, and still drive, to keep my chapter current on agentic AI. This year I presented on coordinating multiple AI experts within a single prompt and on turning an AI coding assistant into a personal workspace, and ran both a hands-on workshop where people built their own squads of coding agents and an internal hackathon on AI agents. Outside the bank, I speak on the questions that follow from this work: how AI is changing careers, and how an organisation adopts AI without hollowing out its own expertise.

- Redefining Transformation: How to Build a Company-Wide AI Culture (external link)
A podcast conversation on making AI adoption organisation-wide without it becoming a checkbox exercise. We covered who should use AI and for what, mental models for working with it, governance and guardrails, and how to deepen expertise rather than outsource thinking.
TRC Podcast Series · November 2025 - Career in AI: Navigating the AI Landscape (external link)
A panel on AI career paths: roles across research, engineering and everyday use, how to enter or grow in the field, and how generative AI is reshaping work.
